Who We Are

Adrianne James 

Adrianne James is the owner of WaterMax LLC.  Adrianne graduated from the University of Colorado in Boulder with a Bachelor of Science in psychology and elementary education.  Adrianne also received her Masters in elementary education.  Adrianne is a member of the AGC (Association of General Contractors), USGBC (United States Green Building Council), The Texas Turf Grass Association, Cactus and Pine, and the North Texas Golf Course Superintendents Association.

Jim Smith

Jim Smith graduated from Trinity University.Jim became a member of his family's diversified building business.  He was instrumental in the construction and marketing of thousands of apartment units and single family homes, as well as numerous lot developments, retail shopping centers, and commercial office buildings in Texas, Oklahoma , and New Mexico .  He is past president of Saint Michaels School and the home and Apartment Builders Association of Metropolitan Dallas, a past director and President of the HOW Corporation and served as a Director for the Texas Association of Builders and of First Texas Savings.  He has also served as a National Life Director of the National Association of Home Builders.  He also served a Director of Formento Inverciones S.A. based in Mexico City which had extensive operations throughout Mexico in the insurance, Coca-Cola, Computer, and finance industries.
